Delete your w/any account

You can request deletion here without installing the app, or in the app under Account → Delete account.

Deletion removes your w/any realm account, personal calendar records, private receipt files, extracted data, and local profile. Access ends immediately when the request is accepted. Cleanup retries automatically if a service is unavailable.

Records shared with other workspace members remain available to them, with your author reference removed. Backup copies expire through backup rotation. A minimal deletion record remains to prevent old tokens from restoring access.

If you cannot sign in, email hi@wany.app from your account email with the subject “w/any account deletion”. We will verify ownership before processing your request. Do not send your password or documents.
