Information we process

We process your account identifier, email, workspace membership, calendar information you enter, uploaded receipts and files, and extracted financial information. Operational logs record requests, processing errors, and identifiers needed to secure and maintain the service. Camera or photo access is used only when you choose to upload an image.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate you, enforce workspace access, synchronize your records, process documents, and provide support. Your receipts are sent to the configured OCR provider for text extraction; the current integration uses OCR.space. We use service providers for hosting, storage, identity, and document processing.

Sharing and access

Workspace records you share are accessible to the members who receive access. Service providers process information to deliver the service. We do not sell personal information. Do not upload other people's confidential information without authorization.

Retention and deletion

Your active account and records are retained while you use the service. You can request account deletion to remove your personal records and private uploads. Shared workspace records remain for other members, with your author reference removed. A minimal deletion record prevents old tokens from restoring access. Backup copies are removed through backup rotation; contact us for the current backup retention schedule.

Your choices

You can decline optional camera/photo access, edit or delete supported calendar records, and request help with access, correction, or deletion by emailing hi@wany.app. Never email passwords. This service is not intended for children under 13.

Security and changes

We use encrypted network connections and access controls. No service can guarantee absolute security. We update this page when our data practices change.
